Keith
W. Lathem, P.Eng.
Keith Lathem founded the firm in 1981 after a career as a partner in three separate consulting engineering firms. During that time he filled the positions of Chief Hydraulic Engineer, Manager of Resource Engineering and Principal in charge of Municipal and Infrastructure Design. Throughout his 38 year career, Keith Lathem has provided leading edge technology through his appointment to the National Research Council Canada's (NRCC) Associate Committees on Hydrology and Associate Committee on Shoreline Erosion and Sedimentation; Managing Editor of NRCC's Hydrology of Floods in Canada and Advisor to the Canadian Delegation to the United Conference on Water.
Keith Lathem holds bachelor and masters degrees in Civil Engineering; is a
Registered Professional Engineer and a Designated Consulting Engineer in
Ontario (PEO); and is a member of the American Society of Civil
Engineers and the Canadian Water Resources Association.
